*    The Executive Board often finds it necessary to call a meeting of the General Faculty in combination with these Academic Senate meetings in order to conduct business requiring the attention of all faculty members.  In these instances, the Secretary of the Faculty will make the announcement through the members of the General Faculty Assembly and the Academic Senate.
